**Alpacas for Sale has been updated**

We would welcome you to stop by, but our Ranch Manager, Shaw, is a bit anti-social due to nicotine withdrawal. He recently gave up the Copenhagen. Good work little buddy!!

Update – Shaw has been off the Copenhagen for over a month now . . . . . still a bit crabby.  And we have learned the value of hiring a highly skilled shearer. We gave it our best shot but Tavi is looking forward to next year’s shear@  A lot of damage can be done with a set of sharp blades, one alpaca, four grown men and an hour!

We have decided that he is deserving of a raise though and hope that he can soon buy a new place.

UPDATE 10/14/2011- Shaw has been off the Copenhagen for quite some time now.  If he makes it thru hunting season the habit will probably have been kicked.  He is getting by chewing some stuff that is made from huckleberries and horse dung as near as we can tell.

This past three day weekend we constructed a three sided shelter for the boys.  It’s nicer than Shaw’s new house.  Hopefully will have tin on it in the next month. 

There is a shy boy, NOT, named Cole hiding in there:)  That’s Shaw’s youngest of two (Dylan).  Great helper
